Job Title: Manager/Assistant Manager – HR Operations
Location: Noida/Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HRIS maintenance.
Develop and implement HR operational strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Evaluate and recommend HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Lead the implementation of new HR systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
Develop and implement process governance procedures in the practice.
Collaborate with HR technology vendors to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved.
Review and own HR dashboards and reports to provide key insights to stakeholders.
Building the strategy towards the fulfillment of demands and exercising thought leadership in improving the overall delivery efficiency of HRSS services to our clients.
Designing, developing, and implementing HR Delivery Strategy to support the end-to-end employee experience across the lifecycle.
Responsible for actively building and maintaining strong relationships with the Client team and respective stakeholders.
Play an active role in process mapping for current state and future state with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Lead Operational Excellence in Human Resources (HR) focusing on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes to deliver better services and outcomes.
Lead project management activities and ensure coordination across multiple workstreams.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, business proposals, and reports using PowerPoint, demonstrating strong storyboarding skills.
Actively contribute to HR projects and initiatives, leveraging your expertise in HR operations to drive continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR operations and effectively apply them to enhance our HR processes.
Support People Operations Leaders with Business proposals, Analysis, and day to day work.
Lead and manage the HR Operations teams overseeing productivity, performance, and overall engagement.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address any issues or concerns.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with CoE to understand the process level delivery and help team understand the core ask in a simplified manner.
Identify and establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including department heads, employees, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Communicate HR policies, initiatives, and updates effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, facilitating collaboration and ensuring HR strategies support business objectives.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve HR services and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance, prepare, and submit required HR reports and documentation.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution support to managers and employees.
Implement best employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction within the team.
Performance Management
Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning for respective team members.
Provide training and support to team members on how to achieve high performance.
Who You Are
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of HR/Operations experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
Must have executed 2-3 years of annual appraisal discussion.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
